3. Service Packages and Pricing

Our website may display different packages for individual services. Each package may specify its price, features, deliverables, limitations, and other relevant details.

By selecting a package, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the package description before purchasing.

  • The package includes only the deliverables and features expressly stated.

  • Additional requirements or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

  • Any applicable taxes, payment charges, or additional fees will be communicated where relevant.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and service descriptions are accurate. If a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we will contact the affected customer and work toward an appropriate resolution before proceeding with the affected order.

4. Orders and Payment

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your purchase.

Orders are subject to confirmation and successful payment where applicable. We may contact you to clarify requirements, confirm project details, or request information needed to begin the service.

Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers. Any additional terms imposed by those providers may also apply to your transaction.

We will not knowingly charge you for work or services outside the agreed order without appropriate authorization.

5. Service Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the selected package, project requirements, availability of information, and the complexity of the work.

Where a delivery timeframe is provided, it represents the expected timeframe based on the information available at the time of agreement, unless expressly confirmed as a fixed deadline.

Delays may occur if:

  • Required information or access is not provided on time.

  • The customer requests changes to the agreed scope.

  • Third-party platforms or systems experience interruptions.

  • Unforeseen technical issues affect the work.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and agree on any necessary adjustments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and clear project requirements.

You remain responsible for ensuring that any access credentials, business information, and third-party materials you provide are lawfully obtained and shared.

7. Scope of Work and Revisions

Each service package covers the work described in its listing or separately agreed in writing.

Requests that exceed the original scope may require additional time, fees, or a new agreement.

Where revisions are included, they will be limited to the number, type, and scope stated in the applicable package or written agreement.

Changes requested after approval or completion may be treated as additional work.

8. Data & AI Services

Data and AI services may involve data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, or configuration of AI-enabled tools.

You acknowledge that:

  • Results depend on the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the information supplied.

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors or require human verification.

  • Recommendations and reports support decision-making but do not guarantee particular business outcomes.

  • Third-party AI tools may have their own usage policies, limitations, and data-processing practices.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for important business, financial, operational, or other consequential decisions.

9. Digital Infrastructure Services

Digital Infrastructure Services may include infrastructure assessments, cloud optimization, technical recommendations, and configuration-related work.

The effectiveness of recommendations depends on your existing environment, third-party platforms, system configuration, and implementation choices.

Unless explicitly included in the selected package, services do not automatically include ongoing monitoring, infrastructure management, cloud hosting, software subscriptions, or continuous technical support.

You should maintain appropriate backups and ensure that necessary authorizations are in place before changes are made to production systems.

10. Security Services

Our security services may include website security reviews, cybersecurity audits, configuration assessments, and recommendations for improving security.

You acknowledge that:

  • No security assessment can guarantee that a system is completely secure.

  • Findings reflect the systems, configurations, and scope reviewed at the time of assessment.

  • New vulnerabilities and threats may emerge after a review is completed.

  • Remediation, continuous monitoring, incident response, and penetration testing are included only when expressly stated in the agreed scope.

  • You must have appropriate authorization for any system assessed or tested.

Monic Tech does not authorize unlawful access, testing, or interference with systems belonging to third parties. Any security testing must be conducted within the agreed and authorized scope.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Monic Tech retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal tools, methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes used to provide services.

Ownership or usage rights for customer-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable package description or written agreement.

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us and grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Monic Tech’s website content, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We aim to handle customer information responsibly and use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and applicable service agreements.

Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information disclosed during a project.

Customers should avoid sharing passwords, sensitive credentials, or unnecessary personal information through unsecured channels. Where system access is required, appropriate access controls and secure sharing methods should be used.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some services may depend on third-party software, hosting providers, cloud platforms, APIs, AI systems, payment processors, or other external services.

Third-party services may change their pricing, functionality, availability, or terms without our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, Monic Tech is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service failures caused by third-party providers. We will make reasonable efforts to explain relevant dependencies and assist with issues within our agreed scope.

Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in the selected package.

14. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Cancellations, refund eligibility, and applicable procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, the selected package terms, and any separate written agreement.

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing a service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a concern about an order, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the circumstances and attempt to resolve the matter fairly.

15. Warranties and Disclaimers

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services with appropriate professional care and in accordance with the agreed scope.

Except where expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, our website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee specific increases in revenue, operational savings, business performance, search rankings, or complete prevention of cybersecurity incidents.

Any estimates, recommendations, or expected outcomes are based on the information available and may vary according to the customer’s circumstances.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monic Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorized changes made by third parties, or failures of external systems outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any other limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and any applicable written agreement.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to a service where reasonably necessary due to unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, material breach of these terms, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already completed or other obligations that accrued before termination, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices, or legal obligations.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply from the date indicated in the updated terms, subject to any notice or consent requirements imposed by applicable law. The terms governing an existing order will also be subject to any applicable written agreement and legal requirements.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other laws that apply to a particular customer or transaction.

Any dispute will be addressed through good-faith discussions where reasonably possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or other dispute-resolution forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
