Service Commitment
Our team of experts invests substantial time, effort, and resources in delivering tailored solutions to meet your business needs. As such, refunds are generally not provided once work on a project has begun, as this ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:- Non-initiation of Services: If the project has not yet commenced or if Monic has not started working on your request.
- Failure to Deliver: In rare cases where there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, as outlined in your contract.
- Service Deficiencies: Verified errors or issues within our provided service that hinder the project from being usable or effective.
Non-Refundable Services
Some services require the investment of significant resources, and as such, refunds are not available for the following:- Cyber Security Solutions: Due to the critical nature of these services, once deployment or assessments have begun, they cannot be refunded.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: All campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) are non-refundable once they are initiated or go live, as the results depend on real-time engagement.
- Cloud Services: Cloud infrastructure setup, migration, and data management solutions are non-refundable after activation.
- Data & AI Services: Once data analysis, AI modeling, or AI integrations have started, no refunds will be issued due to the complexity and resource-intensive nature of these services.
- Emerging Technologies: Services such as IoT, blockchain implementation, or AI-driven innovation are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of each solution.
- Consulting and Strategy: Digital consulting services, including strategy development, audits, or workshops, are non-refundable after initial meetings or workshops.
- Custom Development Projects: Any software or platform development, including cloud applications or system integrations, are non-refundable after development begins.
Refund Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a formal request in writing to support@monic.com within 30 days from the start of the service. Include your contract details and an explanation of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within an additional 10 business days.Exclusions
Refunds are not available in cases where:- The project is delayed or impacted by client-side issues such as insufficient information, late approvals, or scope changes.
- The client decides to stop the project after the service has started, or fails to engage with the Monic team during the project timeline.
